Asserting Copyright
The increasingly easier and more anonymous reproduction of works points towards new ways to protect and assert copyright.
The control of illegal file sharing mechanisms and the development of free online access databases are examples of emerging approaches
about which the speakers will share their experience and standpoints. The HADOPI law and Digital Economy Bill will be presented.
These legal mechanisms will then be opposed to the “Open Access” approach.
